I don't think anyone's nose is smaller than their eye.
I like the value tho, it's a nice implication on depth.

hahah thanks!! well there was a lot of anime influence in the style i drew this in and anime eyes are generally a lot larger than anime noses LOLOLOLOL thanks though!

Honestly, if you will chalk it down to style I don't have much to say. As usual I abhor the overall barbie doll faces that you draw, but if I had to comment without taking that into account, then I'll have to say that the character doesn't seem to convey a very 'sad' emotion. More slanting eyebrows, and some furrowing could probably fix that.

Holy crap. NOODL is back, where've you been!
Also, this picture is really nicely made, the shading is fantastic and the eyes are very well designed.
However, she has a very tiny nose, and her eyes are enormous, I'm sure this is an exaggerated style.
Althought lighting for the hair needs work, I can tell you worked hard on it, it's not that common you see someone draw every individual strand.
Good work. I can't wait to see more from you.

I can't argue with that, since it's completely true in most cases; the anime style makes it work in a certain way though, I can't really explain or I might risk derailing the thread. lol

When did you get back?

ahahahah thanks guys~ lol i started drawing again after a long time of not doing much other than occasionaly doodling on hw. a lot of my older stuff doesnt really satisfy my stylistic wants for some reason though. I'm still working on trying to get something appealing to my eyes.
