Oh, Taiga's a tsun alright! Very nice, I give 20/10.
10 for because its Taiga, and 10 because its friggin cute.
Shading is kinda problematic though.

I guess it's alright, but I'm not a fan of that lineart; it's bumpy, and unclean and kind dullens the color (which is pretty dull in itself).
Id like if you refined it with more vibrant coloring, highlights, smoother and cleaner lineart, etc.
Also, add more to the background; A gradient like that is too easy to make and virtually unappealing.

Ill keep all of these in my mind. And the line art was brush. Im really wobbly since I use mouse. But I guess that's not a really good excuse so Ill practice moar >:3

I don't quite know how much 'referencing' you've done. Did you use a pose reference? A picture with the same pose and same character? Or did you outright try to trace it?

Whatever the case, I can say for a fact that you don't know what you're doing with the clothing. The dress doesn't seem to rest on her thighs, and it certainly doesn't seem to rest on..whatever she's sitting on. There aren't any coherent folds either. Gravity plays a huge part in clothing, and there is no good substitute for observation and life drawing.

And..more anatomy issues.

-Her knee cap isn't well defined at all.
-given the angle, it seems like her left thigh is longer than the other
-fingers don't look like they're making contact with the...'seat'. In fact, I don't know what they're doing at all, seeing as they're behind her posterior.
-in fact, I think I know the reason why that is. Her shoulders are far too small. In fact, they wouldn't give space for her body at all. Or even a ribcage, mind.

I've watched the anime almost two times over and it bothers me how in this picture she doesn't have the same eye style. It's really uncanny.
