Coloring Practice

Hi im practicing Coloring and Shadings also if you notice if bad shapes and anatomies dont remind me that XD

If you don't want to be reminded of your awful anatomy, then I can possibly remind you that the shading is just as bad.

Of course, there is, at least, a definite light source to the left. but it's incredibly sparse shading that fails to reflect the contours of the face. And that's just the face, mind, because I certainly see no shading on the clothing. Or the hair for that matter.

Anatomy comes hand in hand with shading. If you don't know what you're drawing, then you won't know what you're shading. That's my opinion, at least.

Yo, the hair is virtually the only thing that has shading, apart from the grass and background.

TO J.CHRISTIAN: The eyes need more than just a darker blue, nearly invisible spot in the middle.

You should really atleast use some shades of color that are farther apart from each other. You say this is coloring and "shading" practice, but if the base colors and colors used to shade are that close to the same, nobody can even tell that you tried to shade anything.

fix the stroke on the eyes a bit bro.
or maybe round em out at least.
also the throat appears to be going over the collar of the shirt, suggesting excess fat, however the character appears to not be so.
the collar itself seems to need adjusting too i don't like how it's angled
