Lately, i have been working on a much slower fps, like 12. So what settings would i use to save as a gif?

What program?
Flash: File > Export > Export Movie > whatever.gif
Pivot, I'm pretty sure it's the same thing, and I think it's the same with EZToon.

Wrong way for flash, Noob of doom.
Main > Publish Settings > Say .Gif. Publish
