I've never been good at talking.
I always mumble or have long silent pauses when I'm trying to talk.
So... I'm trying to work on my public speaking and that, but I don't know what to talk about
Me and FailedClone talked about it and his best suggestion was to try the forum.
So if you have anything you'd like me try saying just post it and I'll look it over.
My microphone makes a harsh buzzing noise so I have to use some noise removal.
I think it sounds kinda weird compared to my normal voice normally.
Earlier I did this.

I cut out the mumbling and long gaps of silence.
I did some weird noises at the end, I dunno whyyy~

Wow, man I thought you were a 21 year old beer-belly faggotized brony-person.
But you sound like one of those 12 year old COD fags that whine when someone kills them.
Just like me!
U should try to get moar public speaking opportunities and speak? Is it how you speak or that you get nervous and uneasy?
If its how you speak, I thought people go to speech class.

You should probably try some tongue twisters or words with abstract pronunciations.

(Sorry, I can't hear the voice clip, on a mobile :/)
I used to have to the same problem, yeah, it's hard to get over.
Firstly, try speaking louder than usual, I've never heard anyone stutter or pause or mumble when they're speaking in a loud voice.
It might be you're speaking too fast, try slowing down a little, and stop be afraid to stop and take a breath every now and again, I had a similar problem because I tried to say everything in one go.

Really?
I recommend you try to practice sounding a little deeper. My 14 year old brother has a deeper voice than that and he pretty much still sounds like a girl.
Not meant in a mean way or anything, just trying to be honest.
