I'm too tired after days of working on this to dig in and fix any real significant messes, so yeah.
Image
Pic too big, even for a spoiler.
Im gonna go drop onto the floor now...
Shingeki no Kyojin...yes...
If cnc what I wasn't already told, "constructive" critique pls.
Edit: Fix'd a few minor things, don't bother me about the legs, it's not gonna happen.

Wow, this is really nice, however, the badges on his jacket dont follow the lighting scheme, they're too white.

Overlay blending wasn't my friend on that part.
That at least is an easy fix, so I may get to that.

Yeah, overlay blending doesnt affect white, thats why its smart to use a slightly darker tint of white, in order for it to take any affect at all.

This is the guy on Attack on Titan, right?
Well, they don't look alike, but this still looks good.

It's not the protagonist, just fanart character in the uniform.

At first glance, the face has alot of problems, mostly regarding the proportions of the face. The nose is too long, so the mouth is placed too low, and so on. But since you didn't want anything regarding the nose, I'll lay off it for now.
The 'v' part of the neck isn't done well either. Remember that they start from below the ears then to the middle part of the collarbone. The way you drew it, it seems as though they started at the middle of the jaw. It shouldn't be so obvious either.
I don't know where his arms are, and I certainly don't think I want to know either.
Most glaring problem is everything waist down. I can't tell where the hips are, his thighs leave no room for the crotch. I don't know what he's doing with his legs either. I can't be more specific with all the bling tied around him, so that's all I can say. Do you draw your characters naked? It helps alot to define the placement of each body part and spot anatomical mistakes.
In all honesty, the colouring feels kind of iffy to me too. I can't put my finger to it, but the clothing folds might be a factor. Most of them don't seem to make sense, like those three lines on the shirt, and some that should exist aren't there, like the folds that would've been caused by all those belt like attachments.
That's all I have.

The coloring and vibrancy of the art seems to be rather appealing to my eyes so I applaud you for that, I sense
a certain spartan picture inspired this?
anyways, I can see all the lazy parts, though you've probably already may have seen them already
the left shoulder's badge's coloring went out of the lineart, and the right shoulder's badge has the leaf's stem discolored.
One other thing is that the swords don't feel like they line up with how the sheaths are made, if anything they seem rather..flat
still pretty nice though

Why does he have leprechaun-like belts on his chest/thighs? That's odd.
