Try to use more frames, at the parts where you double frame....that should get rid of the choppyness.....u messed u serveral body parts, try to keep them moving realistic :3

Yeah like, at the end, the body went through the legs as it was spreading out. I don't really know how to put it...

It's supposed to spread out and it stopped there.
