Because SPP is so multicultural I was wondering what you have to do to get your drivers license.

In NSW Aust.

L Plates: Before you get them you have to sit a 50 question test in which you can only get 3 questions wrong. Then you have to have them until your older then 17, or had them for more then 6 months. You have to drive a total of 120 hours and minimum of 20 hours of night driving. Maximum speed of 80km/h

Red P-Plates: Before you get them you have to go on a driving test, and demonstrate that you can hill start, 45* park, reverse park, parallel park and reverse parallel park. Then you have to have them for a year. Max speed of 90km/h

Green P-Plates: Before you get them you have to sit a hazard awareness test, then you have to have your green "P"s for two years.
Max speed of 100km/h

Unlimited License: Have to sit another driving test. Then you have you black license.
Max speed. As posted on the roads.

Edit:

Forgot to say the fees
The test before your "L"s - $40 if you pass other wise $25, but you have to pay the $40 when you pass.
"P"s- I think is the same
Black- Same as the Ps

Here, you need 2 papers basically from 2 different schools.

I have one paper from an online school and I need another paper from a real school with behind the wheel testing. Once I'm enrolled in the IRL school, I bring both papers to the DMV then I can get my permit. Then I keep doing school for about 6 months, then I can apply for the test to get my license which there is a fee for.

Where I live you first need to take a 50 question questionaire about the rules of the road when you are over or exactly 16. You cant get any more than eleven wrong or you fail and have to take the test again atleast 24 hours later. Once you pass that, you are given a big red L square to stick on the back of your car when you drive to let people know you are learning to drive. Also, you are given a learner's liscence which basicly is a licence that has certain restrictions on how many passengers you can drive and how late you can drive on the roads.

After a year (or less if you enroll in a driving program) you can apply to get your N licence which has less restrictions and requires that you take a road test.
Then I think after one or two more years with your N licence you can take another test to get your full licence.

Im In South Dakota.

You Either Take the test, Pass and keep a restricted License for 6 months and take another test to get your operators, or you pay 200, take drivers Ed, (guaranteed Pass) And get your Restricted for 3 months, and never have to take a test again.

In Oklahoma:

Driver's Permit/Written Test - 15 1/2 years old - Bring a paper from your school showing you are enrolled, then take a 20 question test where you can miss 2 or so.

Intermediate Driver's License/Driving Test - 16 years old - After 6 months, you take a driving test where the instructor pretty much just tells you where to drive, then makes park on a curb uphill and parallel park. You can skip parallel parking and pass as long as you did fine on the rest of the test.

Class D Driver's License - 16 years old - Wait 12 months [only 6 if you have a card proving you've taken and passed Driver's ED] after getting your Intermediate License, then you just buy your Driver's License.

Class D is the basic license. Classes C-A are for bus driving, diesel driving, etc.

I live in Ohio.

15.5 you can get your learners permitt. You take a 40 question test and you are allowed to miss 10. Once you get this you can drive with your legal guardian who must have a license in the passenger seat. You have to do this for 6 months while getting 50 hours drive time and 10 hours drive time at night, and you need to take a 2 week drivers ed class. You need to do those two things in that 6th month time frame between your 15.5 birthday and your 16th birthday.
