Looks great. From an anatomy perspective, perhaps her nipples should fall only slightly lower, I believe they should be about another head-size down from her chin, but that may be because she's leaning back slightly. Also you could add in the other arm, if it's in her other pocket, a little behind the first one.

But no seriously, all jokes aside, this is pretty good, the only thing that needs work right at the moment is clothing folds.
