Kind of. It's two characters made by two animators meeting in a fight and dueling. Best animator is the winner of the RHG battle. The characters cannot be like "one-use", you create a character and then, people may challenge you. Changing RHG's everytime is disturbing and boring.

.....Ok now if I can just learn how to make one of these....And animate one...And animate it well...

What you can see there is a true masterpiece, i don't think you will do something like that even in the future ;_;
But, just go here to see the basics of your RHG thread. Make a 150x150 pic of your rhg, and animate a demo of your rhg's powers, in whatever software you want, flash is the best but pivot/stykz is possible too ! Post it and have fun then.
