I much prefer the pencil drawing rather than the digital one, however, it will be much better if you were to go over it with a sharper, finer pencil.

This.
while youre at it, it wouldn't hurt to add some shading or background detail either.

I don't ever recall hearing anyone going over a digital art work with a pencil...unless it's a tracing, that is.

the digital one

oh well i added shading to the digital one not detailed shading but just main shading like on the forehead under the hair, on the skin under the clothes like the part the light didn't shine on but not detailed shading and i will work on background i just wanted to see how the drawing looked :D before i went further and it failed lol

Edit: Rosie no this just took me an hour and 30 minutes to make lol and it looks a lil fail to me but i still like it and yea i usually go over my traditional art with sharpies but i decided to do a mark crilley and use a prisma black color pencil lol and i did forget the shading so i will be sure to add that and maybe a background on my actual drawing too

Cnc:
1# Is "one piece".
2# The head is a smaller than the body. (Work in the head)
But, in general is a little bad.

I'll be real honest, I can see little to no shading at all so either I'm blind, you didn't shade at all, or the shading is just too little, or it's color is almost exactly like the non-shaded areas, and I will have to agree with Rosie, the pencil one looks much better than the digital one. One other thing is of his facial features, the eyes look slightly displaced, and that mouth looks quite wide for that face (I'm referring to the digital one with all of this) his ears also appear lop-sided (one is round in shape, the other is quite thin and more vertical). Overall though, the body structure seems to be alright, though I feel like the way you've made the shirt makes it seem as if one shoulder was bigger than the other, I don't see anything wrong with the head's size as well, it looks completely fine to me.
