You're pretty much completely wrong.

Try to start with the basics of animation first before trying more advanced stuff. that means walking, running, a punch. How to use your actual stage nicely. Backgrounds. Practice all of them. I honestly dont think many people care about your videos on youtube at all. You can find many of that level on youtube. Practice first. Then make something unique. Build yourself up to the top! I also recommend you to post in the beginners section for a while.

Wowow, I'm going to get this thing back on topic. About to turn into a chat thread.
Alright
Get a Vcam and try uploading the .swf to www.fileize.com, really no need to post such a short tests on YT. It's alot faster just to slap it on fileize and post the link for people to see on the forums.
For the animation the sticks are pretty stiff. There spine/back stay straight the whole time while they're moving around. You still need to practice on the basics such as easing, anticipation, attacks, etc. You could tell what is going on though, the missed punch and throw topped off with a jumping punch. You have the right ideal you just need to keep trying! :D
Please please though, download a vcam and use fileize.com. If you're using Flash 8 then you'd need the AS2 version. Anything higher can use AS3, if I'm not mistaken.

Goodjob, 1 day and 540 views on your topic. ^^
But I'm gonna give you some CnC :
Your stickmen are quite stiff, as if while the black stick was getting punched, only the whole body moved without moving each limb. Bend your back, use some gravity...
Second of all, you really need to use the Vcam.
Third, use fileize. Those two last tips were already said but I prefer saying it again.
Then, try to put some special tests such as a magician (animating effects) or a giant hitting some guy (using force, shaking vcam...). Then put all this knowledge in one big animation so people can see your animation and be amazed ! Doing a RHG fight is also a great way to learn scenario, cinematics and angles. Yeah, angles, do a practice of that too. So, before making your anim, if I say everything... Blood, magic, force, angles, easing (you may require some time to recover from a high jump, for exemple, so animate the character hardly landing, even falling on knees and THEN getting back on feet)
You have a great potential. Send me your trainings by PM so I can comment them, and we will see how much you improved ! Have fun.

Yay! So for a begginner, this is an above average start, would you say? Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself haha.
I used to draw stick men fighting each other like the animations you see here, but in paper and with only around 20 frames (comic book style). I loved doing that.
So when I did my first animation ever, it felt really familiar!
Can't do anything more for a while because I have exams, but I want to keep practicing.
ah, the thing about the black guy getting punched is that, I had the dude anticipate the other dude's punch, so for around 2 frams, I made him, arch his back backwards and feet stopping as to give himself balance backwards and use that momentum to throw the dude. But I guess I didn't use more frames to show that nor was it zoomed in enough.

Here's a new one.
It doesn't have a vcam thing because after I was done, I realized i had an update to do, and i was like, fuck that shit, so here you go without the v-cam.
This took me for fucking ever, and I realize it's still not very good, but after 5 hours into this shit I just wanted to die.

I think something you could do is either make the stickfigures bigger or the canvas smaller. It'll make it easier to edit the animation since the movements will be more noticable

Vcams are pretty tricky to get the hang of off the bat but their really helpful for things like shakes, zooming in/out and just basic camera movement so its definitely worth the practice just like everything else. As for your lastest animation I had a tough time seeing the actual movement of the stick figures but I can tell what your trying to pull off.
For a beginner your ok. Not the best but definitely not the worst.
