alright people. please stay on topic.
It's a pretty good piece of art shadow, i like it :D
If you look closely you can see that the right arm is longer than the left. With an angle like that, the elbow would be way the hell down there. If you weren't intending this, then it's just bad anatomy. the lighting is a bit off as well, you have the right idea, but your just doing it in a different way. Some of the shadows don't really play with the lighting you had in mind; the lighting actually seems to appear all over the place. Try to focus all your darks on one side, and then your lights on the other. after accomplishing this, you can then add all the extra shadows and lighting needed to show the 3d of the figure. Be careful when doing this, the additional lights and darks should be minimal. If you use these steps correctly then I'm sure your lighting will show to be much more appealing.
I love it otherwise, great work!

The pose is just really weird, and I have no idea what he's supposed to be doing at all, wouldn't he fall backwards or anything?

It's pretty cool man. I like the simple design, looks like that guy could tear some shit up. Clean lines, colored nice, pump out some more. Proportions could use a tad downscaling on the arms and hands, although they also make him look brute.

Amazing, would you mind if I used this character in a comic I going make if I've got the time?
