Technically yes that is how you do it, there are 2 ways of getting a V cam, you can either use action script or you can download it. I made my own using action script. If you use action script V cam then I can help. You need to first make a white box with the Alpha on 0. Then make an X or an O or something to know where its going to move, put that X or O in the middle of your box. Make that box into a movie clip. Go into that same clip and make it into an Graphic clip. Add another layer and this is where the V cam for action script will go, so add it to the action list. go back to the very first scene. Then make the O or X focus on the stick figure you want to follow make it how many ever frames you want, then motion tween it, the camera should now be following the stick figure. If your using a downloaded V cam try this, im not sure if it will work or not but its worth a shot.
