He is a wise philosopher with a habit of fishing. He developed a theory/philosophy on fishing rods and how they can be use for a much better purpose than fishing and is one of the few people in the world who understand the full potential of the great gift from the gods, the fishing rod. He joined RHG with the name of man fisher to prove to mankind the fishing rod is an amazing thing with underestimated adequacy and capability.

And the weapons keep getting more original...or weirder. Eventually there will be an RHG who uses powertools and an RHG who uses model airplanes.
