Wait, I just realized something. Chance cannot control blood in a HUMAN'S body. So if he fights a non-human, he could technically control blood in that "person"'s body?

I see what you mean. I meant that if the blood is in a body (in general) he cannot control it. It must be oxidized I guess.

Now here's my question...blood is already oxidized inside someone's blood...it's why it travels to the lungs after the oxygen is pulled into the cells of the body...
So, technically, he'd be able to control the blood that's inside a persons body...the oxidized blood that's in the Arteries...am I wrong?

2. Haha, I thought of that too, but that would kind of ruin his whole suave appearance. Like, carrying around jars of blood isn't exactly the sexiest thing ever. To fix this problem though, he finds ways to make himself bleed. For instance, he might bite his thumb. Or in extreme cases, he might bite his thumb, and then use his ability to cut himself up, there by giving way to more blood, and more power (refer to my battle against Light, closer to the ending).
