I'm making one of these, slightly different (not different enough to illustrate). It's already been cut and filled, still have to sand, re-fill, and paint.

I need to decide on the sticker colors for the triangular faces. First 6 colors on the list are being used for the square/right triangle faces, so they're OUT.

I'm thinking for the equilateral triangle faces, I'll use light blue, silver (or gray), fuschia, and something else, I can't decide what. What 4 do YOU think would look best?

Bright orange, or a sort of gold yellow perhaps?

"Truncated," of couse, means "use a bone saw" which is a lot of fun.

I was thinking orange or green for the last color, but I need to be certain that it'll be a significantly different orange/green from the one already used.

Hows about the fluorescent yellow from that site? It's easily distinguishable from the normal yellow. They don't have much for orange (in the sense that light orange is too close to normal orange), unless you want to try chrome orange, but that might clash a bit too much with the rest of it.

I picked out 6 colors from there - purple, light blue, fuschia, middle grey, tan, and light green. I'll use the 4 that work best together. Cubesmith is awesome, they don't do shipping for orders over $15 :U

It's already really fun to turn, it's very smooth because there's less surface area on the rotating parts.

To make, or to solve? Solving it is easier than a Rubik's cube, because 4 of the corners don't need to be rotated. Making it is fun, I'm just sitting here grinding the thing against 60 grit sandpaper and making internets.
