not bad but the shadings are wrong some spots,his hair's white spot are too blurry,try to un-blur it a bit :3

This is kinda bad for me to comment:

1. Shoulder on the right is too long and big
2. Neck is too long
3. Areed on J.Christian's comment on shadings
4. You tried to give his eye glow but it failed
5. What's that thing on the top left of his hair? (._.)
6. This drawing makes my brain unbalanced (>.>)

On the glowing eye... make it look like a shining red star (not the 5 sharp points) with 4 sharp points to make it sensitive...
