make it up as i go, but i do plan what the moves gonna be in my head :3, fk guide lines, "aint nobody got time for that!" :)

This is not recommended at all. Planning is very important. Pixar stated that when you finish planning, you are actually halfway done with your animation. Plan no matter how small the movements are.
