The couch was comfortable. Yet Sam still felt uneasy: this raucous crowd unnerved him, babbling on, talking in their own social circles. There were, in a way, like him. They had powers.

He sunk further into the vast leather expanse, bringing the hood of his parka over his head. He didn't know who he was waiting for.

"I'm sure the Organization or the wRHG committee will fix the damages," Acel claimed.
"But I guess you're right Bl.An.C. Cecelia Q. Graves, Vicar 04 of the Organization, code-named Acel at your service."
A strange pale kid with golden eyes was clapping and mocking her laser blade. Acel could sense a strong power within him, but she felt secure in the Chatroom and ignored the threat.
"Its not a toy, this is top of the line Organization tech, its not even available on the Market yet."
Hearing Lucario, Acel responded immediately.
"I told you Luke, I'm not good with complements!" she complained.

"A fancy toy is still just a toy, child," Zeno said. "No matter how useful it may appear, it is still just the instrument of a child." He takes a moment to stand and roll his shoulders, before walking a bit away to look for something to read. Finding an encyclopedia set, he takes the first and takes a seat, begin to read it with startling speed.

As Chance looks around, he can't control his laughter. Everyone seemed so lively, so noisy, so free. It really sotthed his mind that everyone was this way, and not at each others throats constantly.
"He is right Cecilia, pretty little lasses shouldn't be playing with dangerous toys." He added to Zeno's statement.

The loud laugh aroused Sam. Lifting his hood with a finger, he peeked out.

Ignored by the living..... Feels familiar but he can't put his finger on where he has felt this before.

Todesberührung finally turns his head and sees Cyber Virus being ignored by those he was grouped with.

Zero playfully hit chance in the arm.

"If a toy is that dangerous I think it should be considered a weapon and our friend Acel here seems to know how to handle a weapon."

He turned his head and smiled at her.

"Hi there! Know any cool tricks with that thing? The name's Zero."

Chance grinned and rubbed his arm where he was hit.
"Technically, your name is Ensiron, mate. It's not nice to keep secrets with pretty little lasses like my Miss Cecilia here."
Chance gave a bashful wink towards Acel.
"And don't muss up my suit, this is expensive."

#Note: As the Narrator I refer to Cecelia by her codename, but her codename is more formal than her first name. Also Acel has two laser blades, the Moonlight and the Dragonslayer. The moonlight is longer and closer to that of a "traditional" lightsaber. The Dragonslayer is smaller and resembles a butcher knife, except the blade is made of black plasma with a blue glow
"Well, I just got these one's today, but back at base I practiced with prototypes," said Acel, with a quizzical look on her face.
"Those ones had a strange habit of detonating even when in active. Hopefully, they worked the kinks out." joked Acel
"Here let me, see if I can do this one trick."
Acel held out Moonlight, activating it so that the blade was fully extended. Then., she began to twirl it creating a powerful field of plasma and energy. Acel deactivated and tossed it high up in the air, while it was still spinning. Impressively, the hilt landed directly in its holster on Acel's hip.
"Tada!"

"Proving them to still be toys..." Zeno says, finishing the first encyclopedia and switching to the next one of the series. Though he knew quite a bit about some of the subjects, reading about them helped fill in some blanks. He'd have to work to expand his vocabulary more, to understand many of the new dialects around.

"Everyone has their own views of things, that's why it's wise to openly accept them without discrimation," Lucario said, his voice has a mature tone to it. "But how would I know?" He just laughed it off, his voice now had a childish feel to it.

Sam felt thirsty. Incredibly thirsty: he was suddenly overwhelmed by an itching sensation in his throat. Patting his pocket, he felt the reassuring jingle of spare coins.

Rising from the couch, he spotted a vending machine in the far side of the room. Briskly, he made his way across the floor, making sure to keep his head down. He didn't want to bump into any strangers.

Zero jubilantly applauded Acel's whimsical display.

"That was very exciting! I've not seen great sword play like that in many years."

Daehan was, of course, amazed by that lightsaber display. Never seen anything like it other than those holographic concerts at Japan and laser shows. But this kind of "show" had to be the best one for his whole life. He shook his head, calmed down, and walked towards one of the vending machines. He was pretty thirsty after that long walk to this very tower.
