Came here to how things are and give some advice.
Firstly, Hamza
To get active and good members, all you need is super flashy awesome art. Believe me
Make sure your not making drastic decisions either, if someone has a good excuse for not being that active or
not completing a weekly or something, give them the benefit of the doubt. Always trust your members.
Secondly,
To also get good and active members, be very consistent and persistent with animating. Practice as much as you can.
But do NOT let it take time away from your actual life. Don't do it. When you practice a lot, you get better much faster
and it makes things much easier. Better animators want to join a clan where the other members are around the same level.
And that's it for now. Also get on skype :D
