Since Azure has constantly changing gladiators, his characters would look to be the numerous contacts Bl.An.C. has over his time in the arena. I dunno, its how I would fit them in, if Azure Kite is okay with that.

Yes, very vague and I didn't make it clear for anyone. So here it is: The Observer Protocol is merely the clan, Alice and its contacts. The contacts vary and comprise of gladiators, civilians and personnel within the System. This would explain the envoy that meets up with the characters. People never get in the desert compound save for the clanmates. So the guards seem out of place, again this is my bad, you have Bl.An.C.'s personality well enough. He is cold and calculating but cares in his own way. Bl.An.C. knows your character's capabilities and has confidence in her when he would hand out a mission as he would with any other member. Just portray him as a struggling leader, he lead a team to pieces once before and he is trying not to repeat that mistake. If you had anything else in mind about his personality or specific questions you'd like to throw, just throw it :D

I'm actually interested, thanks Azure. Every time a member/contact changes gladiator and says he's still kicking, they may be called back for a mission or two. In essence, the group grows like an organization; building its contacts until its a glaring threat to the System.

Technically, all my previous gladiators are still out kicking. I've an entire list of characters and their places in my own wRHG canon. The SP ones are all listed on the page though, all in chronological order~
