Hi I need to find a SWF to any format that accepts sound effects. Also I want a video converter that accepts sound effects. BESIDES Swivel and Moyea. If you don't know don't answer.

Why not swivel? It's the best one.
If it doesn't work for you I use camtasia to record my swf

Lol honestly, I like Swivel. Though it takes FOREVER to convert, like 2 hours to convert an 18 sec animation bro. I can't take it D: Moyea, is good too, but the water mark is so annoying man! It's so hard to find a keygen at least. And I want a converter not something to record with.

You could always adjust the settings of Swivel to change the format of the video to make the conversion faster. Just look it up on Youtube how to make it convert faster v:

I think you can turn it into an avi. video file.
You use Macromedia Flash 8, correct?

It took me just 40 minutes to cover a 3 mins swf file .-.
I just turned the quality of video to 5. it's default in 4.
I suggest that you just don't change any settings and maybe it's just your pc.

I can but I need a video converter because I use VCAM. Unless you know any AVI converters or whatever.

when using swivel, go to the video tab and change the dimensions to something smaller because mines defaults to 1920 x something. I change it down to something like 700 x 300. also, in the video tab i change the export file to a windows media file which is much quicker

lol.. Moyea record your animation. It just same as Camtasia. The trick for a great quality on Camtasia is, you make your animation into 6 fps, then record it using camtasia. After you get it, make it 400X faster (If I'm not wrong). Then export your animation as mp3 or wav, so you can put your sounds into camtasia. Easy as lol...

I might sound stupid, but I think of Camtasia as something you record stuff with instead of convert. But that is the only option I have right now. I don't want to have to download it then find out that I need this or that. But I will go with what you said.
