Naw, I don't like it. It looks like you've slapped a bunch of filters on and that's it. Don't rush things, especially when trying to do a good signature. 15 minutes is by far not enough.

there is almost no contrast in the picture, so it is kinda hard to tell what's there. I think you should try something that would compliment his clothing, instead of obscure it.
