i usually do easytoon so here you go this ones my first and for some reason my anis are slower than usual please help lol

The walking part stalled a bit.

Anyway. The hand movements on the first were a bit jewrky. Whne he speeds up to run, it looks like he is moving the same speed as he was walking. Not good. Speed it up, and then do what you did for the last bit. The fast movement is good. Try to work on easing, and you said your animations are slower than usual. Make sure you have it at six at the GIF options. =D

Second anim. Good. Not a lot to comment on, but the walking needs improvement. His feet look like they arent crossing, and thats bad. LIke I said on the other, work on easing.
Overall, great for a beginner. Keep it up, I'd like to see some more animations. =D

*Sigh* . . . sadly there are more and more new guys that must be sent to the beginner's section . . . anyway, both animations are stiff, choppy, uneased, yadda yadda, please post in the beginners section before a mod tells you this all over again and gets pissed . . . just a friendly reminder :D

and i know it looks choppy because its slower than usual on pivot it looks a little better

for a pivot beginner, okay. maybe its playing slow because of fps

Not bad for your first and second, but it needs a little work.

Basically what I know is the slowest setting on Pivot is 1/10th of a second in the .gif converter. If your animation is running slower try fiddling with the settings until it looks better.
