Abilities:
he can throw fire ball , summons a whip , fly , fire punch & kick ,all of his body can turn in to fire
Weaknesses:
if you use water on him he can't use any power like fire ball whip or fly, he just can fly short time.
Story:
he is a water boy form atlantic he is the best water boy in there but one day he go to play around the volcano , unfortunately he fell to the volcano .but the fire phoenix save him and give him the power , he can't remember any thing until the day atlantic sink . he's so sad but he knew about RGH and he want to join it .( sorry for bad english :( )
