No this isn't some weird conspiracy, no, this is about the number of blu-ray reader failures that I know of. Out of the 7 people who I know who own a PS3, 4 of them have died. One of my work mates died after MGS4 was inserted. Has anyone else heard of the PS3 having complete hardware failures?

thats because the ps3's failure is reaching critical mass, and is breaking from the inside out.

I've never heard about blu-ray failures either, but now that I have I'm happier than ever that I chose the 360, even with the chance of red lighting.
