Alright so you should find a service that allows you to order fortune cookies with a customized message. I know there are ones out there, I just can't be assed to find one for you. So obviously order them with "Will you marry me?" printed on them. Right, so you order the fortune cookies and when they get mailed to you, bring one to a nice Chinese restaurant with you and your girlfriend. You should make arrangements with the waiter beforehand to bring her the cookie that has your proposal in it. When she opens it up and reads it, go down on one knee and bust out the ring.
