I was just pondering and i just wanted to know:..
If a planet is from millions and billions of lights years away it is in theory that if they can see earth they would see dinosaur time. So let me ask this question if i look deep into earth does that mean i'm looking into the future? or am i wrong?
future or past

If you were like a bonkillion miles away (a lot), and you had a telescope to see the earth in detail, then yes. You would see light from a while ago, depending on the distance.
When we look at the sun, that is not where the sun actually is in relation to the earth. We are seeing old rays that are only just reaching us now.

i doubt you could physically see from that far away even in billions of years with all our technology. and if you could i doubt what you saw would resemble any sort of life. it would just probably just be blobs of faded light from thousands of years ago. that is, if the light hadnt already ceased to exist by then.
