If someone makes a post after you, then you can no longer delete the post.

Infractions definitely aren't the reason why you wouldn't be able to see the delete button, haha.
Were you ever able to see the delete button for your posts when someone posted a message after you?

Maybe if you take a screenshot of the area of where you expect the delete button to be, I could further tell you exactly why it's missing.

It was answered in the first post.

When you create a thread you can't delete it anymore if someone posts after you, because is like trying to delete a thread.

If there is a post after your post or if someone posts on your thread, you won't have the ability to delete that post/thread. Only mods will have the ability to do that.

Dude this happened to me, before I was able to delete threads when I pleased but now. It no longer allows me to, it even won't allow me to change what the title says anymore.

1000 posts moves you into the Privileged Users usergroup which has a separate set of powers to Registered Users. It could easily be that whichever admin gave Registered Users the ability to delete stuff forgot to do it for Privileged Users. We'd need an admin to check/change this though.
