abilities:
technological assimilation: cyberpwnage is able to collect any piece of technology or throw a small probe at it and assimilate it's tech into his army, when assimilated he can use the device by bringing it to life and having it fight you, turning it into a weapon to hit or shoot you with, making it into a more dangerous mechanical beast, or simply adding it's new abilities or strengths to his own body.
cybernetic augments:
X rays.
pressure point scanners.
fighter skill download (has satellite that uploads epic moves into skull).
internet access (allows to search for weaknesses).
inter-dimensional wormholes (allows access to mechanical legions or can be used for fighting e.g. punch goes into portal entrance A out of exit B and into face C).
mechanical soldiers: not basic cliche robots, mixture between both, many varieties, some mimicking insects and animal predators in larger, more scary looking forms (able to also summon war of the worlds tripods and the egg fleet in emergencies, in which case it will play certain theme depending on each) plays epic theme depending on minion.
weaknesses:
satellite dishes can cause interception of skill downloads (e.g. if a NEARBY radio station is playing ballet music, you'll be fighting a ballerina) make use of this short window because he'll find a way to turn this in his advantage.
he won't be able to find weaknesses easily if not posted on the internet or internet difficulties (e.g. faulty router or no functional wireless hot-spots nearby) it won't stop him but gives you a slight advantage, as long as there are no Ethernet ports nearby.
portals are public (you can use them too) and are visible when active, so you have a short window to dodge a punch then send back your own, be wary as he can shutoff the portal if you miss, with your arm still in it!
the minion's theme music is hear able to your fighter as well so he can quickly prepare for any minions cyberpwnage summons before they arrive.
when trying to access portals cyberpwnage's wormhole console is vulnerable, if you break it his reinforcements and his own well being is stranded until it is repaired, and he doesn't really have time to fix it in the middle of a battle.
all his soldiers have weaknesses (he believes in a fair fight so they are more difficult to exploit the tougher you are) so if your in a pickle you can use that to turn the tables.
when he thinks he's winning he'll stop thinking, adding to that he is incredibly honest, so if you are stuck in a corner about to die, you can simply ask how to get out of this situation and he'll tell you, i'm serious he'll just tell you, when he is about to kill you, how to save your own ass! when he tells you it will take him a couple of seconds to figure out his mistake and immediately try to rectify it, in that short window you can exploit it and defeat him there and then.
he is extremely comedic meaning he'll find every opportunity to fit a joke in, this means you can, in theory, constantly distract him forever if you set him up with joke after joke, when he's making one he is open for attack so use that to your advantage, just don't do it for too long or he'll catch up on what you are trying to do, he'll immediately catch on as well if you just set up a joke without a proper line up or if you have tried this before in your last battle with him.
he won't be able to assimilate anything if he can't reach it so make sure he can't get near any technology with his limbs or probes (warning: guns count as technology) so don't try to shoot him point blank or he'll be the one that the guy shouts "HEAD SHOT" for.
he is merciful, meaning if it isn't a death match he'll spare your life, you might not beat him, but you can trick him easily back into the fight when you catch your second wind (simple chicken noises will end up pulling him back in), or just give a friendly hand shake and be on your way, be better because when he does kill you, he'll find all sorts of humiliating and funny things to do with your corpse (e.g. "well i have a skull, alright mixing it up at breakfast", you know what he means to do with the top part of your BOWL shaped skull.)
story: a simple inventor was sick of the mortality of the human body, so he decides to "evolve" into a new mechanical form, cyberpwnage was born, when he was done he was a human consciousness in a pure machine body, but when the government found out about this and all of the inventions he had that would lessen their profits, like a free renewable power core he used for himself, they captured him and shut him down, it was 300 years before some scavengers found him in the ruins of the city and reactivated him, he was in a panic from thinking he had just died, when he calmed down he decided to rebuild his city, and create a mechanical legion of silicon soldiers, devious devices and horrific hardware, so next time when some greedy jerk comes by, one step to the off switch he's nothing more than ash, his brain was decayed but his heart was still pure, he's still smart and good but likes to be a bit crazy, it also made him want a good fight now and then (half the reason he made the mechanical legions). 3 years later his thirst for violence was never satisfied, so he went on a journey to the RHG tournament he heard about in the future world he lives in, and signed up to prove that all you need from a fighter, is his adaptability, and a few thousand tonnes of superior firepower.
tip: DO NOT PISS HIM OFF!he will show no relent in his blind fury, not even mercy will be a topic at his next birthday party when it comes to talking about you fighting him, and this isn't some simple temper tantrum, he'll use half of his energy to send a probe to the nearest nuclear missile silo control console with only one constant target in mind, your, FACE.

p.s. sorry for such a large weaknesses list, it is very descriptive, and also i can't seem to get the gif file on here, if you can help me get it up on here that will really help, doesn't even let me select it in my file folders.
