-Hair detail: It's awesome, and I'm jealous. The shading, the lighting, the way it's drawn is just great.

-Shading, and folds of clothes: Very well placed and done.

-Legs: The front leg looks too short, from the way you drew it the thigh is a lot shorter than it should be.

-Foot: I feel like the front foot should point more towards the viewer, at least a little bit more. The picture makes it look like she's turning forward but with the position her stationed foot is in she'll end up in a awkward position. Or fall.

-head: It's strange, I think it's maybe because it looks like the jawline is missing. I didn't notice the style of the nose until scarecrow and Chamel pointed it out, but personally I'm cool with it.

It's cute, I love the eyes and the hair the most.

-Ear: Too small and too high up, did you add the ear in at the last minute?

-Movement: while the clothes, and ponytail are moving back the base hair doesn't seem to move all that much in comparison.

There isn't much to say since this isn't finished.

-Eyes: The way you shade the eyes is really good, however; they look too close together, you could try seeing how they look more spaced out before finalizing.

-Head: The neck looks like it's facing the wrong way and isn't connected to the head or rather, the head doesn't look connected to the neck, you could try moving the head over slightly.
