In my opinion, It's kinda choppy dude, Some of the stick keeps resizing. That's the only thing I could tell was wrong...I'm not very good at giving Detailed CnC

That was really wobbly, not really choppy. It just wobbles every frame thus it also looked like it has no force. Work on drawing your sticks so it won't wobble first. Then you can get into easing and add force into it. It also resizes, there are some which have a really big one. All in all, practice the basics. Looks for tutorials and you'll get used to it.

First you gotta do some easing. Do some double-frames in some parts where you think is 'too' fast. The whole animation is a bit fast in my opinion.

After you get the hang of how easing and anticipation works, work on your wobbles. Onion skin is a good fix to wobbles. It's located below your timeline if you don't know.
Keep your stick figure size in a constant proportion throughout the animation, put guidelines if you're not used to making them proportionate yourself.

I suggest you search for Hyun's Tutorials on Youtube. Me myself downloaded all of them and it made me what I am now.
Though, after you watch tutorials, make your own style. Doing a similar style in the tutorial is fine but it's better to have your own, originality dude.

Thanks for the "Cnc" guys.
Now that I look at it, it could use a lot of adjustments.
See you around!

First you gotta keep your stick men on the ground properly, then work on the wobblyness of the stick men.
Also keep the stick men in proportion so that they don't slowly distort or resize.
Then practice practice practice, do you know how to use flash to it's full extent? Maybe experiment for a while on using different tools just so you can develop personal settings and find your own style of animating.

Listen to Rebellion he knows what he's talking about.
