My best mile is 6:46 and my best 2 mile is just under 14 minutes. I know, their not very good at all, but i'm working on them. I've started to go running every night to stay in shape. I only run at night when it's nice and cool, usually around 9-ish.

Best mile is 6:50, and I've never done a two mile.
