In order for all this to even be possible though, we would need the Developers and Lego's approval. Then they would have to work out profit sharing and Etc XD

All units need to have a hat or something to make them stand out maybe not swords or giants and you can probably make a giant from Legos itself

yep, when they see lego stick empires, they won't know what it is and not buy it, but, we also need CJ's approval, and CJ needs to pay tons of money for their approval, also, i don't think CJ is gonna accept, neither will lego
