There are no "masters" of each program, its all personal preferance, I could say its Oscar, while other would say Adam

Not perfectly, but close, flash works on vectors while easytoon and pivot work on pixels, they give distinct final outcomes, even if the animation is considered the same. You can however make animations with the same style as easytoon and pivot. But it won't be exact

Easytoon can't imitate flash it COULD do pivot, but it would be a massive pain.

There is no set time, you just sort of know when your animation is done, you just get to that point where you don't know what more you could put onto it to make it the best you can do. This time changes as you get better at flash, as well as other programs.

Its a matter of opnion which program is best. But currently the most popular is flash simply because its a professional program.

Thats a matter of opnion, I would say pivot, simply because it does 80-90% of the work for you, but if you want to get good at animation, don't start with it because its different form other programs, to start out go with easytoon, and then move on to pivot to learn physics and easing [you'll learn more on those as you go.

Whichever animation was better overall, if the aniamtion doesn't need music or sounds, then don't add them, you don't want to overload your audience with a bunch of uneeded sounds,

No one, if you watch the first flash stick animations [there was no "first" to answer your next question] in the 90's and watch the evolution of stickfigure animating as it goes on you would see almost no difference as you watched through them all to the end, but when you compare the first to the latest, theres a massive difference, so basically, it happened gradually

Genre you mean? Thats also a matter of opinion, my personal favorite is comedy, but I wont say no to a good drama.

Depends, if its a good aniamtion, but everything was tied up well [like the main goal of the animation was solved, main bad guy killed, army slaughtered, etc. then it should be over, making a sequel is just stupid and makes people hate both the new one and the old one. If its drawn out and the bad guy keeps escaping, or the main story plot isn't full tied up and ended, it'd be ok to continue it.

Read the bold, and just practice animating, you won't get good overnight, alot of us were horrible animators for over a year before we started making semi good animations, and alot of us still aren't that good [like me for instance]

Alot of these questions shouldn't even matter, each animator has their own preferences, just choose what you like, do you like comedy, or tragedy? do you like the anime style sticks, or the cartoon style sticks? And just go from there, its all about what YOU the animator wants to animate , if you don't like animating cartoons, but like animating anime, then your cartoon ones won't be as good as your anime ones. What the audience sees can be considered a bi product of you animating what you want... It sounds corny, but just have fun.
