The movements were almost perfect, but you need to smoothen it out. Add more frames in between each of the ones you already had and repost it.
Looks like you have some potential.

hold the writing for more frames, it is hard to tell what is said
movements rnt even close to perfect afro ninja is just blowing smoke out of his as
