okay so I have an interview for a school tomorrow and I have to bring my portfolio. I thought 'I uploaded most of my animations to stickpage, so that's fine' well guess what, they're all on truploader.com and that doesn't work anymore!

It's about those 2 animations, I wanted to download them again.. but I get this error
Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /homepages/33/d171492270/htdocs/upload/view_upload.php on line 32
Is there a way around this error? is there a way I can get my animations back? I have no hard copy of them anywhere on my computer.. (stupid! I KNOW!)
Anyone has a solution by any chance?
I'm in trouble, HELP is MUCH needed

are they still on your computer? If they are, try uploading them onto fileize. That's all I would really do in this situation. I don't know much about these sort of stuff :c

There's not much we can do to recover your animations, sadly. :(
TRuploader is pretty much nonfunctional right now, and I don't see Tyler anywhere else than IRC nowadays, even though I haven't seen him there lately. The best you can do now if to come into contact with Tyler about his site, even though he's gotten a bit more inactive here. I'm sure he knows much more than I do.

Are you using chrome? if so you can right click on the page that has the animation then click view page source. Press ctrl + F and type in swf and once you see a link that has the name of your anim and ends with .swf, save it as flash document and the next step is to convert it back to fla now <<< I can't help with the conversion, sorry

You only can do that if there's an any .swf present, and as you can see there is no .swf in there. So yeah, you should've kept a back up.

TRUploader has not been used in a long time. Tyler, it's creator, has stated he has no interest in running it any more, and only leaves it up out of convenience. When he needs more space on his web host, he deletes older files from TRUploader. It's likely that your files were among the older ones and have been removed as part of that process, meaning there's no way to get them back from TRUploader itself.

I hope it's not an art school and you're applying with stick figure animations.
