I have 2 questions, first, what is the best format to convert a Swf to (a youtube format)

2. Are there any free converters?

In case u're gonna use swivel,the best format to be put on yt will be 'H264 High'.

Play buttons doesn't work on Swivel. You have to skip the preloader. Start it at frame 2.

Edit:
@The guy below me. OR do it like what I said (converting automatically but start at frame 2 instead of 1. If you do it manually it might cause some bug that xRebellion had.

You don't "UPLOAD" anything from swivel. If you're talking about the preloader, in the first user interface select manually start and stop instead of the automatic one. So, next time when you convert, a new dialog will open up for you to control the animation.
