HI I finally made my RHG character he is called The Shock and here he is.

Abilities: It can produce blue flames and he is super fast. He can also fly with his flames

Story: When he was born, he had only one eyebrow he used to get bullied so one day he thought i have got enough and he broke in a lab and mutated himself with different injections

weakness: earth and water.
