Catoptrophobia - Fear of Mirrors. I think that's it.
I don't know why, but I always feel like as soon as I turn away from a mirror, if I were to look back, I'd see someone in the reflection. Not me, just like someone in another part of the room. Therefore I am afraid of mirrors.
