Cleveland, because he's NOT ON ENOUGH NOW BECAUSE THEY ONLY CONCENTRATE ON PETER AND NOBODY ELSE

I just realized that's why the new seasons are worse. They used to do actual plotlines with some depth, now it's gone the way of Robot Chicken.
