That's not bad. It's bit wobbly but your better than last time.

Welcome back btw.

You need to work on your arms, it isn't the best I've seen.
Also, try to get some more sounds, that "magic push" thing needs better sounds then that.

Here you go:

I thought the running of the red character looked like it was running underwater, like it's having trouble getting forward.

This reminds me of when I began animating, I had the same colorscheme and outlines. wich is cool :D
Also the movements the background makes are cool.
