“So, you’re finally awake.” Cracking an eye open to the raspy voice, a sudden blinding light sears your pupils, instinctively jerking your head back, smacking it against the chair in which you sit. With a grunt, you try to raise a hand to the fresh ache, only to feel it bound to your armrest. Before you can even begin to struggle against it, the voice speaks up again. “Don’t bother. We know exactly who you are, and came prepared.”

Doing a quick double check, only to discover there was nothing you can against the binds, you finally choose to reopen your eyes, fighting the light instead. Despite your best efforts, it’s still only the silhouette of a man that stands before you. “I was like you once,” He proceeds, “A simple gladiator fighting for God knows why. Glory maybe, I’ve honestly forgotten myself. I had a name and reputation, but now they’ve grown, and I have much more than I could’ve dreamed. Wealth and power. This is my land, and I welcome you to it.”

Finally, the light in your eyes begins to die down, letting you see both the stranger before you, and area around. You appear to be in a small cabin, but outside it, you seem to be in an urbanized, abandoned subway. Just from outside your window alone, you can see a weapon shop, club, bar and restaurant. Instead of getting more than a first glance at them however, your gaze locks on the stranger before you. For the most part, he looks like a typical thug like person. A bald man with five o’clock shadow in a black leather jacket, only his had a hood, torn and worn out jeans, and a pair of sunglasses. What lies behind them however, is what sets him apart from the rest. The right lense is completely shattered, only a bit of the black glass remains on the borders, revealing one of the man’s eyes. Black corneas with a pulsing crimson iris. It was almost impossible not to stare at.

“We’re a city of Gladiators, RHGs, past and present. That said, this isn’t where we go to retire. War runs through our blood. This is merely somewhere to actually get out what you put in. I personally run the Gladiator Games, no holds bar free for all competitions. Sometimes there’s blood, death, but other times, there’s neither. You’re here because I see great potential in you, so consider this a formal invitation to our next event: Homecoming. Basically, you’ll be dropped off in on jungle island with all your other competitors where your only goal is to get hold of the handheld teleporter in the center and keep possession of it while it charges up to bring you back here. It only takes a minute, but we’ll give you a radar marking it’s location. Once you have it, everyone will be coming after you. Hiding it not an option, and the jungle is far less than safe. A rescue team will pick up the losers, but it’ll take them a few hours to arrive and we’ve had more than one person go missing never to be found in that time, as well as a few deaths we couldn’t revive.” Slowly, the man begins to stand up, reaching behind himself and placing a folder before you.

“You can leave here now if you choose, and even though the stakes are high, the rewards are higher. We’ll be in touch.” Reaching the door, the man suddenly snapped his fingers, causing the binds on your wrists to release. Departing as you rub your raw flesh, he says one final thing. “Welcome to the Underground.”

Entrants:

Lexel
-A strange cartoon come to life with an extremely questionable background. He wields two gunblades: one is a modified M16 with a massive blade attached to its underside, and the other is a holy (and naggy) katana with a high-tech grenade launcher attached to the top. His appearance is usually confusing at first to the eye of the beholder: he appears as if though he was two-dimensional and ripped from a terrible sketchbook, yet his movement makes him seem three-dimensional. He's always trying to crack a couple of jokes, with the aid of his ability to see through (but not physically break) the fourth wall, and he can be over-reactive in a lot of situations. His katana grants him immortality that locks in his age and makes it impossible to leave a physical wound on him (but he still feels pain, so it more or less turns him into a comedic punching bag).

Zeus
-A greedy, vengeful Mid-evil man who wears indestructible armor on his pale skin and a crown over his long brown hair. He fights with a sword, shield and runes.

Rhami and Astor
-The local dynamic duo of WRHG; known for their amazing and flawless teamwork, this young archer and her shape shifting companion are usually ready for any challenge and would normally just scoff at the face of danger together. Rhami has long black hair which she would tie into a ponytail to avoid her to be distracted by her hair and unusual silver hued eyes. She is very well-known for her happy-go-lucky and playful nature as well as being the wielder of an enchanted bow which could change the property of the arrows she shoots by just a simple word. Whether it be to "explode" or burst into "fire", there is currently no limit to what her durable, white weapon could do. Astor is, as stated before, a shape shifter but his original form is a gyrfalcon and in whatever appearance he takes he seems to retain his white colored hair, amber eyes and the light blue ribbon around his neck. He has the dangerous ability to coat himself with a similarly hued aura which allows him to explode at whatever his body touches. Astor is usually the calmer of the pair but would normally love to show off his abilities. Both share a mental link due to their extremely close bond with each other and therefore is very protective of one another as well. Just watch out for incoming projectiles while fighting them~!

Stitches
-A living ragdoll. A giant of a creature who can detach his body parts. His limbs are strung together by an unbreakable wire, and his immense strength makes up for his slow speed. A truly dreadful opponent who cannot feel pain. With one eye a dim yellow, and the other a blue of a young boy, he will fight to bring back the life of the very woman who saved his.

Solutum
-The black sheep of existence, the eternal and infinite eye. Solutum lives a solitary life outside of existence always studying and learning but when exploring a universe he goes out of his way to make a friend. At times somber and deep in thought he always looks to the brighter side of things and is determined to never give up. Never betraying a negative emotion Solutum takes everything well and considers even the most intense fight a good brawl between friends. To look upon Solutum is like looking upon an ethereal being, his form intimidating at first. Teeth seeming freshly coated in blood with the sharpness of a saber, flesh white and pure as snow save for a huge grey scar running from his left shoulder to his right side. Hair that always changes color, eyes that have color only to those who view them. Armor of samurai blue as the cloth of royalty lays over cloth black as the void. Knowledge of all flows within him though it is hidden, with all the variation it is hard to determine the truth. Still with this knowledge he can strategize and adapt. With concentration and the threat of being eliminated by the forces of the universe Solutum changes the environment to his will, raising pillars of stone to halt his opponents or ascend into the air or calling forth a fog to hide within and strike. With this alchemy he adapts and changes, with stands an assault from his opponent and puts his focus into his twin daggers and armor to morph them to the perfect tools for the job. Fighting prowess to top that of a master and durability and will to continue, Solutum is a worthy rival to any fighter.

Sebastian
Sebastian is a 17 year old, blonde, blue-eyed (even if they change colour with the weather), slim, pale, decently sized (1,70m), demon-possessed martial artist who uses the powers of the dark entity inside of him to enhance his physical abilities. He's calm, kind, introverted, incredibly polite and generally friendly while the demon inside him, Daicilus, is merciless, sadistic and sarcastic for the most part. Maybe just psychotic will do.
He also shares an incredible love for chocolate.

Bodacious
A 22 year old cowboy with the ability to lift 3 tons in normal state and 4 tons in angel mode. He always has a colt 45 peace maker pistol and. Blessed lasso named Anies that follows his mental commands as fast as he can think. Boda can also talk to and can command animals of any species. He wears all black: cowboy hat which is indestructible, riding coat, and boots. He is very easy going and makes friends fast. He will go out of his way to help friends, even putting his own life in danger to do so. Lastly he has an arch angel general placed in his soul named Samiel. He is much like Boda personality wise bit is fearless in battle and a master hand to hand combatant. Bodacious is 5'8 187 pounds.

Rafael
Rafael or for simplicity, Raf, a human who used to be normal, a happy man, and born from New Jersey, he is always proud to be an American citizen, he likes to be friend with everything who likes him and friendly, unfortunately, due to the acid rain that dropped in his country, he grew up with powers of mutating different kinds of melee weapons or sometimes ranged weapon, inserting large amounts of lightnings inside of its weapon he is holding, he tries to remove his abilities, although it doesn't work, in fact, his abilities is permanent, it wouldn't fade away in the future. Raf is good at hand to hand combat, although he has weakness, like other too, one is wizards, why? Wizards has different kinds of abilities, and it's hard for Raf to challenge wizards since they're much stronger than him. Ninjas too, why? They're quick and fast, that's all, and lastly explosions, like massive bombs, nukes, isn't it simple? Raf is not that much a bad boy, although he likes to say bad words, Raf himself promised that he will try to succeed in his life, even if he always encounter different fights in different places, that isn't a problem for him, it depends on him, whether kill the guy who tries to battle him, or let them live, and it also doesn't matter if he win or lose, winning and losing is everything, and that's Rafael "Raf" Leonardo.

Aiman
Aiman was the average guy of your day. WAS. His life changed drastically when he was chased by a group of people called Retribution. After he managed to escape, Aiman met his masters, who taught him powerful elemental magic, which consists of fire, water, lightning, earth ,wind, nature, darkness. His powers do have limits. For instance, his magical element is weak towards another element, which makes him vulnerable to some other guy that can control elements. Some magic cost him dearly, which make him using the magic rarely. 5 years passed, he is now 20. He was shocked to see his home destroyed, by the very same group that chased him at that fateful day. After clashing with his nemesis, Retribution Leader, he set out on an adventure...with no set goal in mind. After training a bit more, he is able to conjure weapons out of magic. Also, he gained an ultimate form, combined from all the elements he knew. A few days passed, and he got wind of wRHG. He joins in, and endured fierce battle with Tommy 'Tom' Hathson and Danny 'Dan' Smithson. The two of them had similar names, but he never knew if the both of them is siblings. During this time, he got himself an Ice element, which was *secret*. He is an impatient, careless, hyper and forgetful person, but this changes drastically if he is in a battle. But he is a friendly guy, so be nice to him, kay'?

Fr0st
Fr0st was a skilled archer from Inamorta, but he was banned when he failed to kill a rebel Magikill and was gravely injured. Later on, he discovered some of the Magikill's power had went into him, and he could make 5 arrows at a time that could freeze targets. His garments were totally black, and covered his whole body. Even his bow and arrows were completely black, except the magical arrows, which had a bluish tinge on the tip. Fr0st also carried a tiny dagger, but he didn't know how to use it AT ALL. Fr0st doesn't like to kill because he became peaceful after his banishment, but he still fights seriously. He talks a lot.

Arvine
Not many know the child called Arvine. He stands out of the team, being a child on his own, however, he himself holds upon a dark memories...
His childhood was filled with blood. His village was ravaged to the grounds, with nothing left but stone and dust. And to make it worst, he saw his own mother killed by his father. Arvine swore revenge, but he found out that the cause he father done, is because of an organization called "Forsaken". He also found out that the Forsaken goal is evil as the devil itself, to rise the dragon of the abyss, the Lord of the Dragons and the Lord of Men, the Dragonborn, the unknown King of Vilrath, which the name was Not-to-be-Named for his terror and power ruled the lands for the past millennium. Arvine decided to hunt down the Forsaken, and with that vow, he traveled to the Gladiator Games to seek the one he want, the Oracle, which hides in the shadows. Nothing will stop Arvine, even the dragons themselves. However, Arvine was kind to people, and care the most to people who seeks a peaceful life. He is friendly, and know how talk around the bush. His only hatred is when the person he fights struggle, and force Arvine to kill him, which Arvine highly disregards, since he values life.

Luther Wright
He is young, only 18 years. The most special about his appearance is his purple glow over his skin and he has a mark on his forehead (see my avatar). This mark glows white when at peace, red when enraged, blue when feeling remorseful. His skin is able to withstand much damage. Luther was trained by the wRHG corporation to make him very good at kickboxing, he also learned he can shoot waves of air to his enemies using his quick jabs and kicks. But he can only use increased speed/waves of air, when he is completely focused. When Luther gets mad he will be much faster and stronger, but also more susceptible to damage. When Luther is wounded and completely enraged (at the point of black-out), his skin will be able to emit energy which electrocutes enemies who touch it. Luther's weaknesses are stupidity and ruthlessness. He is easy to manipulate and is susceptible to elemental damage.
