Though I suggest try to add some easing, then it is perfect!

Well i did add easing at the begging, and then i kept it at a constant rate until the end, b/c he couldnt realy go any faster than he was.....

Im pretty sure i eased the stand up though.

Could be more fluid, but other than that, it's pretty nice.

The physics were great, but you should add some more stops with some limbs so you could add easing and overall make the animation look more smooth.
