Not bad!

I feel if you were to use that in an anim, it would look pretty decent (as long as you had a blurred moving background). The only thing about it though could be the lines behind him. I get the effect your trying to impose; maybe try making them shorter and a little bit farther away from sonic, just a little. But besides that, the loop gives a nice illusion, great fullbody drawing (way better than anything I could do), and I like the jitteriness.
