size problem

hey guys,

so i have a little problem with my animation, when i start animating my stick figure has a size but through out the animation my stick figure size starts to decrease, i now im the problem but do you guys know how can i try to avoid this or lets say 'train' this issue so my stick doesnt decrease size?

The answer my friend is GUIDELINES.

Create new layer and draw two horizontal lines. One passing through the head and another through the waist. So when you animate each frame, make sure your stick figure follow the guidelines.

TIP: right-click the guidelines layer and select "guide" from the list. This way your guidelines will not be exported into the original flash movie.
