Since I'm pretty much retarted, I have no idea how to tell what FPS my easytoon animations run at. I know the speed, but since it doesn't go by FPS, how can I tell? I need to know, so that I can sinc my voice to the animations (secret project ololololol).

Just test it out. Record your voice and see how fast it loops. Do you have flash?

I have no flash. 2-D, recording voice as the animation plays doesn't do the job. I'm planning it based on the sound. I already have all of my sound planned frame by frame. That's how you should do it.

IIRC, easytoon animations export as GIF images.. which can be opened in Flash frame-by-frame. You can import one of your old animations into flash and see what FPS fits the original best.
