would looking at a picture of the internet while drawing count as rotoscoping?
ex: Your trying to draw a banana and you get a picture of a real banana off the google and use it to draw(draw not trace) your picture.

You can use the banana as a reference drawing, but you have to be sure to credit the person who made the picture.

...no. it's a banana. you don't need to credit someone for using a reference to draw a piece of fruit.
unless you're tracing a video frame-by-frame, it's not rotoscoping.
