Haha, I think Kingster7 was being sarcastic for that. He referred about those un-updated front page with stable amount of collab parts since 30th of July and still no further progress ever since. So he has that purpose on posting it, which seemed been edited by Rebellion.

Though I believe Reb has gotten enough entries to be compiled now (and it should be more than 21). Well, I personally bet it's around > 30 parts.
